Javier’s Bio
Javier is originally from Quito, Ecuador and has been a Portland resident for over 11 years. He joined RE/MAX equity group in 2005 and specializes in brokering residential and investment property for both buyers and sellers.
Prior to joining RE/MAX equity group, Javier was an Acquisitions Manager for a Real Estate investments firm where he applied his expertise and market knowledge to grow the company’s inventory and exceed his clients’ investment goals. Javier’s in depth knowledge of the industry and bilingual skills allow him to bridge cultural gaps by bringing diverse buyers and sellers together.
Javier’s work has been punctuated by his involvement with the local community alongside the Portland Housing Center, where he is a preferred Real Estate Broker and a Home Buying instructor and volunteer. Javier is also a board member with LHI (Latino Home Initiative), a local housing non-profit that provides education and grant funds towards down payment assistance.
Javier graduated with degrees in Economics and International Business at UDLA in Quito, Ecuador.

Javier has been brokering and investing in Real Estate for over 7 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business from "Universidad de las Americas". His work in Real Estate has been punctuated by his community involvement with local non-profits as a partner Broker at the Portland Housing Center and a Board Member for the Latino Home Initiative.
